Santa HAS TO DELIVER ALOT OF GIFTS REALLY FAST ON Christmas EVE ,the HIGH SPEED AND ALSO THE WIDE RANGE OF TEMPERATURES HE HAS TO PASS THRU MAY CAUSE SOME EXTERIOR DAMAGE TO HIS sleigh. SO EVERY YEAR THE ELVES IN THE PAINT SHOP HAVE TO REPAINT THE SLIEGH WITH A SPECIAL COATING TO PROTECT IT FROM THE HARSH environment. IT'S KINDA LIKE THE EXTERIOR OF THE SPACE SHUTTLES HAD TO BE PROTECTED. ANYWAY THE ELVES HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM BECAUSE THE SPECIAL COATING COMES IN A HIGHLY CONDENSED FORMULA . THE DIRECTIONS SAY TO MIX ALL THE CONTENTS thoroughly WITH EXACTLY 4 GALLONS OF CLEAN WATER BEFORE APPLYING IT TO THE sleigh. HERE'S THE PROBLEM . THE ONLY EMPTY CONTAINERS IN THE SHOP ARE AN EMPTY OLD 5 GALLON PAINT CAN AND AN EMPTY 3 GALLON TUB THAT NUTS AND BOLTS FOR THE TOYS COME IN. THERE IS PLENTY OF CLEAN WATER AS THE SHOP MELTS FRESH SNOW FOR THEIR WATEr supply' answer : Fill 5 gallon bucket full. pour water from 5 gallon bucket into 3 gallonbucket until full. This leaves 2 gallons in the 5 gallon bucket. now empty out 3 gallon bucket and refill with the 2 gallons in the five gallon bucket. you should now have 2 gallons in the 3 gallon bucket and an empty 5 gallon bucket.fill the five gallon bucket from the water source . now pour out just enough water from the 5 gallon bucket into the 3 gallon bucket to fill it up. This will take 1 gallon ,thus leaving the needed 4gallons you want ,in the 5 gallon bucket.

Two witches are flying toward each other at a constant speed of 10 mph. When the witches are 20 miles apart, a goblin flies from the front of one of the witches broom toward the other witch at a constant speed of 25 mph. As soon as it reaches the front of the other witches broom, it immediately turns around and flies at 25 mph toward the first witch. It continues this pattern until the two witches broom smush the pesky goblin between the front of their brooms. Question: How far did the goblin travel?
Answer: 25 miles. The easiest way to think about this is to consider the time. The brooms will take 1 hour to touch, given that they start 20 miles apart and each is traveling toward the other at 10 mph. Therefore the goblin is flying back and forth at 25 mph for 1 hour.

Back in the early days of sawmill valley, a young lumberjack named Lars came to the area to work and raise a family. Lars and his wife had two sons. As time went on, Lar’s wife passed away and was soon followed by Lars, leaving only Lar’s two adult sons behind. In his will, Lar’s directed his sons to race their horses, and the one with the losing horse was to receive Lar’s entire inheritance, which had appreciated nicely over the years. So the two sons set a day, mounted their horses and had the race; however, the race never finished because both sons were holding their horses back so as to not cross the finish line first. To solve the problem, while still honoring their father’s wishes, the sons decided to consult a local wise man named Stevic. The sons explained the situation to Stevic and ask him what they should do. Sage Stevic pondered a moment, spat upon the ground, and then provided the brothers with guidance. The brothers then returned home and determined to race again - only this
time at full speed determined to cross the line first and get the prize. Question : What advice did Stevic give the sons . Answer : He told them to switch horses and race to be the first to finish.. Handyman Haun was fishing off the florida coast when his boat hit a coral shelf and sank.Luckily for Haun there was a deserted island a few hundred feet away. After dog paddling to the island,Haun did what any good handy person would do…he built a hut, trimmed it out, added a deck and waited to be rescued.Unfortunately, what he thought was a deserted island turned out to be an island used by pirates. Poor Huan was soon captured and cadged. The head pirate told Huan they would have to kill him to prevent him from disclosing their whereabouts. Haun tried to assure the pirates,if they freed him he would never tell a soul, but his please fell on deaf ears. Finally, the head pirate told Haun he was allowed one final statement on which would hinge how he would die.The pirate said if the
statement haun made was false,he would be boiled in water. If the statement were true, haun would be fried in oil.Handyman Haun didn’t particularly care for either option,so he made a statement that forced the pirates to release him. What is the one statement handy man haun could make to save himself?
Answer: Haun said“ You will boil me in water.”The pirates were faced with a dilemma.
